FGi Solutions provided a complete suite of services, including consultancy, project management, and shipping, for the delivery of advanced agricultural machinery to the Sustainable Agriculture Investments & Livelihoods (SAIL) program, an agency of the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation of the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Our consultancy team worked closely with SAIL to identify the most suitable machinery to meet their sustainability goals. We managed the entire procurement process, from vendor selection to contract negotiations, ensuring that all machinery was sourced from top-tier manufacturers. In addition, our logistics team handled the intricate shipping operations, coordinating the safe and timely transport of the equipment from the supplier to various locations across Egypt. This comprehensive approach ensured that the machinery arrived ready for deployment, directly contributing to the success of Egypt’s sustainable agriculture efforts.
