FGi Solutions provided a full suite of shipping, management, and consultancy services for a UN project involving the delivery of essential cables from Shekou Port, China, to Mali, via Conakry Port, Guinea. Our consultancy team worked closely with the UN to plan the optimal logistics strategy, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery. We managed the entire shipping process, coordinating the transshipment through Conakry Port and overseeing customs clearance procedures. Additionally, our team provided on-the-ground management in both Guinea and Mali to ensure smooth handling and final delivery of the cables. This project demonstrates FGi Solutions’ capability to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end services that support complex international operations, reinforcing our commitment to excellence in every aspect of project execution.
