Event Management in Dubai for Pakistan Investment Roadshow, 2023
In 2023, FGi Solutions partnered with Chemonics International and USAID for the Pakistan Investment Roadshow in Dubai, as part of the Investment Promotion Activity (IPA) project. FGi Solutions provided comprehensive event management services for hundreds of VIP guests, including lodging, airport greetings, transportation, venue sourcing, photography/videography, guest registration, catering support, and other logistical services. Additionally, FGi Solutions handled sourcing and logistics for SMD screens, LED screens, printed materials, and IT solutions for online accessibility for Zoom attendees. This initiative aimed to promote investment opportunities in Pakistan and facilitate networking among key stakeholders. FGi Solutions ensured the seamless execution of the event, contributing to the success of the roadshow and advancing economic development efforts in Pakistan.
