Prior to joining NextSource FGi, he held roles at RBC Bank, where he developed customer-centric banking solutions and regularly exceeded growth targets, and at Facilitex Maintenance Group, where he spearheaded market expansion and strategic sales initiatives.
Nauman also has deep roots in community impact. His experience at Polycultural Immigrant & Community Services shows his ability to blend data-driven strategy with social empathy, a philosophy that aligns closely with NextSource FGi’s commitment to creating jobs in underserved communities.
Nauman holds a Bachelor of Commerce from York University and certifications in finance, he takes a holistic, insight-driven approach to every client engagement.
