Prior to joining NextSource FGi, he held roles at RBC Bank, where he developed customer-centric banking solutions and regularly exceeded growth targets, and at Facilitex Maintenance Group, where he spearheaded market expansion and strategic sales initiatives.

Nauman also has deep roots in community impact. His experience at Polycultural Immigrant & Community Services shows his ability to blend data-driven strategy with social empathy, a philosophy that aligns closely with NextSource FGi’s commitment to creating jobs in underserved communities.

Nauman holds a Bachelor of Commerce from York University and certifications in finance, he takes a holistic, insight-driven approach to every client engagement. Whether he’s optimizing operational workflows, solving staffing challenges, or identifying efficiency gaps, Nauman is focused on one thing: driving sustainable growth that scales with heart and purpose.

Krista Hendry combines deep AI innovation expertise with decades of experience leading high-performance teams in complex global environments. She has built trusted partnerships across government, private sector, and NGOs, helping organizations navigate sensitive markets while delivering measurable results.

A former Executive Director of the Fund for Peace, Krista has advised multinational companies on operational excellence, risk management, and ethical business practices. She has trained and guided teams worldwide on performance, security, and human rights standards, and co-authored the IFC’s global handbook on responsible security practices.

At NextSource FGi, Krista leads the charge in integrating ethical AI, ESG principles, and operational best practicesinto our BPO solutions helping clients achieve cost efficiency, scalability, and brand trust in today’s competitive marketplace.

Doug Brooks

Vice President – Government Relations

Doug Brooks is the Vice President of Government Relations at FGi Solutions. A longtime advocate and specialist on the constructive utilization of the private sector for international stabilization and humanitarian missions, in 2001 he founded what became the International Stability Operations Association (ISOA) and led it for more than a decade. He worked closely with NGOs, academics, and industry to create international standards, guidelines, and codes.

Mr. Brooks is a frequent commentator on news programs and has testified before the U.S. Congress and South African Parliament. He earned his BA from Indiana University and MA from Baylor University with additional graduate studies at the University of Pittsburgh. Doug races canoes and enjoys morning runs.

His unwavering dedication extends to employee welfare and development, as he actively promotes a work culture that encourages, inspires, and motivates, firmly believing that investing in people builds a foundation for successful business practices.

Mr. Ghafar holds a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management from the University of Murdoch, Australia and he continues to grasp every opportunity to learn how to improve the business, contribute to community progress, and enhance his leadership skill set. Outside the boardroom, he derives joy from engaging in cricket, soccer, horseback riding, and spending quality time with his family.

His deep understanding of IT strategy, stakeholder engagement, and operational growth makes him an invaluable force behind our strategic client-facing initiatives.

Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, Rusty brings a global mindset and a people-first approach to every interaction.
